At Aralis Animals, we strive for your complete satisfaction with our products. If for some reason you need to return a product outside of our 100% Taste Guarantee policy, we offer a 30-day return or exchange policy following delivery, under these specific conditions:
  • The product was damaged during transit.
  • The product was shipped incorrectly.
  • The product is faulty.
 
If you meet any of the above conditions, please follow the steps below:
  1. Email us your request, order number and photos of the damaged/incorrect product to: info@aralisanimals.com.au
  2. We will be in touch with the next steps on how to return or exchange the item.
  3. If you were shipped an incorrect, faulty or damaged item, we will ship the correct item to you, at no extra cost to you.
