  3. Timeframe: You have 14 days from the date of purchase to return the product if your pet doesn't like the taste.
  4. International customers: The 100% Taste Satisfaction Guarantee does not apply to international purchases.
  5. Shipping costs:  Please note that you will be responsible for covering the cost of return shipping via AusPost.
  6. Refund amount: We will refund the purchase price that you paid for the item. Please note that any delivery fees cannot be refunded.
  7. Retail customers:   If you’ve purchased a product from one of our trusted retail partners and would like to return it, please return to the point of purchase for details of their return policy.

    1. Email us your refund request and your order number to: info@aralisanimals.com.au
    2. Send your order back to us. Shipping address for returns will be provided via email.
    3. Once we’ve received your return, we will process the refund to the original method of payment. It can take up to 7 days for the funds to arrive, depending on your method of payment.
